Aaron DeLoach – Executive Director
Aaron DeLoach grew up in St. Louis.  Competed at the collegiately at Florida Southern before joining the professional ranks with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL from 2006-2009. Aaron holds a USSF B Coaching License and has gone on to coach at the college level (Palm Beach Atlantic University & Southwestern Assemblies of God University), as well as serving as a Youth Pastor in the local church (Christ Fellowship & The Crossing). He and his wife Lauryn have three children and reside in the St. Charles area.

Jonathan Ramos – Club Coordinator
Jonathan Ramos was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and moved to the United States at age five. Began playing at the club level in Charlotte, NC before coming to know Jesus as a teenager. Jonathan went on to serve as the team captain at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. In 2016 he signed his first professional playing contract with the St. Louis Ambush. Jonathan started coaching there as a Graduate Assistant and most recently has been coaching in the FC Dallas youth system.

Blair Hays – Club Administrator
A lover of soccer and Jesus.  Blair Hays most recently served as Club Director for Shield Youth Athletics. Where she oversaw all aspects of the program including coaching duties.  Blair is a USSF Coaching License. Her and  her family reside in the St. Charles area.

Rob Mondy – Development Director
Rob grew up in the St. Louis area. He played competitive baseball, soccer, and football through high school and continued on to play college Lacrosse at Southwest Missouri State University (formally Missouri State University). He and his wife have 2 biological children (twin 8 year old) and 1 foster child. They have been serving in the middle school ministry at Calvary Church for 2 years. They have both have a heart for youth (kids and teenagers). Rob and Shanna currently reside in the St. Charles area.

Erin Shinn – Communications Coordinator
Erin grew up in the St. Louis area where she began playing soccer in 3rd grade. She has a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Baylor University, and she has a heart for youth and serves as a youth leader at her church. She loves Jesus and soccer (in that order). She and her husband Blake have 3 children and are a self-proclaimed soccer family.
