She is excited to bring her business and leadership strengths coupled with her love of soccer and Jesus to help drive AFC forward in St. Louis.

Matt and Lorraine Smith
Matt and Lorraine moved to St. Louis from northern Ohio in 2007 so that Matt could attend chiropractic school at Logan. They have two children who play soccer with Ambassadors – Parker (05 boys) and Morgan (08 girls) – and a third daughter Brynna (8) who is active at Kor Komplex and loves to do obstacle courses (Ninja Warrior style). Matt owns his own chiropractic practice in Frontenac – Thrive For Life Chiropractic –  and is a business sponsor for Ambassadors. Lorraine has been in education for 21 years and has spent the last 11 years at Francis Howell North High School, where she is currently a school counselor. Matt and Lorraine are excited to be serving on the board this year, and look forward to helping the organization find new ways to share Christ with our community through soccer.

Mike McLaughlin
Mike McLaughlin is the Senior Pastor of Grace PCA in St. Charles, MO and proud husband and father of three.  Mike grew up in a soccer loving family and played it much of his life, but it wasn’t until he was called upon to coach that a true passion for the sport developed.  After coaching competitive soccer for many years he came to realize that there was a need for something different in St. Louis that would focus on developing excellent soccer players and at the same time developing good human beings through Christ.  In addition to coaching for Ambassadors he is very excited to serve on the board.
